Restaurant Brochures
I was asked to create brochure copy for Holiday Inn's new restaurants. These brochures would be distributed throughout the hotel lobbies for hotel guests to be informed about each restaurant's cuisine and ambiance
Naming Concepts
In its initial stages, I was tasked with coming up with potential names for these new restaurants and three words that evoked their essence. I then provided a breakdown of the concepts behind the names for both a full service version and a fast casual "grab 'n go" version.
